Tees & Taps ("we," "us," or "our") operates two locations in Buffalo, New York and provides dining and golf simulator reservations through our website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
SMS / Text Message Communications
When you submit a reservation, you consent to receive a one-time SMS text message confirming your booking. Message frequency is limited to transactional reservation confirmations. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected as part of the SMS consent process — including your phone number and your consent to receive text messages — will not be shared with any third parties. All other categories of data are subject to the disclosures described elsewhere in this policy and likewise exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Information We Collect
When you make a reservation, we collect the information you provide on the booking form: your name, email address, phone number, and reservation details (location, date, time, party size or golf booking details, and any special requests you choose to share).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to: process and confirm your dining or golf simulator reservation; send you a confirmation of your booking by text message and email; contact you if we need to reach you about your reservation; and operate and improve our reservation service.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make our reservation system work — for example, our text-message provider (Twilio) and our email provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver your confirmation. These providers are contractually limited to using your information for that purpose. As stated above, SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Data Retention
We retain reservation information only as long as needed to operate our business and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your Choices
